Snowballs // Sugar Cookie Balls

One thing we love more than presents during
the holidays are the TREATS! We love enjoying
all the festive cookies and cakes with a tall
glass of eggnog. This week, we decided to take a spin
on a holiday favorite, the Sugar Cookie
with these DELICIOUS Sugar Cookie Balls!

you will need:
  • 12 sugar cookies baked (about 2 1/2 to 3-inches)
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups melting white chocolate
  • Sprinkles (for a little something extra!)
  • food processor or potato masher
how to make

Take your 12 sugar cookies either in your food processor
OR place them in a bowl to mash
or process until cookies turn into fine crumbs.

Next, take the cream cheese and add it
to your crumb mix until
well-combined and mixture can be
pressed into a 1 inch balls.

If the sugar cookie truffle dough is not firm enough,
add another tablespoon of cream cheese.

With the palms of your hands and roll them into
1 inch ball Shape cookies
Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
and place in the freezer for 15 minutes or the refrigerator for 1 hour.

When the balls are ready, begin to prepare
your choclate.

Melt your white chocolate according to instructions.
Remove the cookie balls from freezer or refrigerator.
Take each ball and place it in the white chocolate.
Using a spoon or two forks roll the cookie balls,
one at a time. When sufficiently coated, place the ball back onto the
parchment paper and immediately add your sprinkles.

Repeat for remaining cookie balls.

Store in a container in the fridge for up to a week!

Enjoy!
