Today, we decided to make our own cold shoulder/cutout
sweater. It is a simple way to transition your
winter to spring clothes {until its finally time to ditch
the sweaters all together}. We first saw this look during
STLFW in the fall at the Tess Giberson runway show
at Saks Fifth Avenue and immediately fell in love.
